Overview
We now offer many of our titles as eBook subscriptions on the VitalSource platform for just $19.99 per semester. Purchase your subscription in our bookstore, and your eBook will be available to you for six (6) months.
Our eBooks can be either viewed online or downloaded, and are compatible with desktop computers, laptops and mobile devices both in Windows and Mac.
- Online: Access your books online from any Internet-connected computer.
- Desktop: Download your books to your personal computer and access them in the VitalSource Bookshelf. They are completely portable. Use them whether you are connected to the Internet or not. The Bookshelf software can be downloaded from vitalsource.com.
- Mobile: You can access your VitalSource eBooks on your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad. Even better, your books can be downloaded onto the device so they are with you all the time.
Features
- Search: You can search for a term or phrase, and it will be highlighted throughout the text, with links to each instance.
- Highlight: Highlight words or sections of text in three different colors.
- Notes: Insert notes anywhere in the textbook. Your notes are all listed in a separate tab with links to the relevant pages.
- Views: You can view your eBook in double-page, single-page and screen-width views.
- Updates: Your VitalSource Bookshelf makes sure you stay up-to-date. It monitors your software and books to make sure you get any available updates.
Please note, you cannot print any portion of your eBook, and you cannot copy-and-paste.
