Information we collect

When you create an account or place an order we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, telephone number, and billing and shipping addresses — so that we can process and deliver your order and provide customer support.

Payment information

Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number or security code on our servers.

Fraud prevention and bot detection

Our checkout is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps us tell real shoppers apart from automated attacks such as stolen-card testing. Unlike older systems, it does not ask you to solve a puzzle: it works in the background, looking at how the page is used along with information about your browser and device, and sends those signals to Google to be scored.

This runs when you place an order and you are not signed in. It is used for security only — we do not use it for advertising, ad personalisation, or building a profile of you, and it does not affect the price you pay or what we show you.

Because Google receives this information, its handling is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

reCAPTCHA sets a cookie on Google's domain, listed in our Cookie Policy. We treat it as a necessary security cookie rather than an optional one, because a protection an attacker could switch off would not protect anyone.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies to keep your shopping cart and session working as you move through the store and to remember your cookie choice. These are required for the store to function. Optional analytics cookies are off until you allow them. Our Cookie Policy describes each cookie and how to change your choice.

Analytics

If you allow analytics cookies, we load Google Analytics to measure traffic and usage — such as which pages are visited and how visitors move through the store — so we can understand and improve the site. Analytics data does not include your name, email, address, telephone, or card details. Google Analytics is not loaded and sets no cookies unless you have granted analytics consent.

We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels, and we do not use your data for cross-site behavioral advertising. You can reject analytics, or withdraw consent later, using the Cookie Preferences link in the site footer — the store works normally either way.
